Yaakob Mohd Nor – MELAKA

Aziz started his loss adjusting career in 1998 and in very well versed in Own Damage Claims and Motor Theft Investigation.
His good rapport with the Police has enabled him to establish and prove many fraud cases and achieve a high recovery rate of stolen vehicles.

Ivan Celestine, BCCILA – PENANG

Ivan worked as a Marine Cargo Surveyor for two years before joining the insurance/takaful loss adjusting industry in 1992. He has extensive knowledge of motor insurance. For the period of time, that is between 1996 and 1999, he was a claims examiner with American Home Assurance Company doing Marine and Motor claims work. Benildus Saw, known in the industry as Ben, embarked on insurance and takaful loss adjusting in 2000 and has accumulated vast experience in a wide range of Non-Motor work. He specialises in large and technical claims. Since joining Justicia in 2008, he has also been handling Motor Surveys and Investigation work on a regular basis and has made his mark in the Motor Claims Industry. He is certified by the Institute Of Motor Industry (IMI), UK in Motor Estimation and Repair Methodology. He is a Provisional Member of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICLA). He is the Deputy Chairman of the Association of Malaysian Loss Adjusters (AMLA) and at the same time, he is also the Chairman of the Motor Sub Committee of the Association of Malaysian Loss Adjusters (AMLA).
