Value Added Services
We have qualified staff to provide training to our client on subject such as Fire, Theft, Accident, Construction, Engineering, Business Interruption, Fidelity Guarantee and Transit classes of business, principally policy cover, claims management, claims handling and loss adjustment. We also offer a wide range of training for Motor Theft Investigation, Third Party Bodily Injury Investigation, Own Damage Survey and Own Damage Investigations.
We provide monthly bordereaux of outstanding claims and are happy to discuss with your claims personnel any outstanding claims with a view to resolving matters and processing the claims smoothly to satisfactory conclusion.

Post Repair Inspection
The company is happy to carry out post repair inspection subject to your instructions. This is necessary for reviewing claim under the Reinstatement Value Clause and in ensuring vehicle is repaired satisfactorily in accordance with the scope of repair that has been approved by our client.
